These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sales Dinners, a service operated by Astronomic, LLC ("Astronomic," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a Sales Dinner or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Sales Dinners is a done-for-you pipeline generation service. Upon payment, Astronomic will: (a) curate a list of 15–20 prospects matching your specified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); (b) secure a venue for the event; (c) recruit a headliner executive; (d) manage all invitations and RSVPs under the Fireside Dinners consumer brand; (e) facilitate the dinner event; and (f) deliver a post-event lead list dossier within 48 hours of the event.
The service fee is $15,000 per event (or as otherwise specified in your booking), payable in full at the time of booking via Stripe. All fees are in US dollars. The fee is all-inclusive and covers all services described in Section 1. No additional fees will be charged without your prior written consent.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable. If Astronomic is unable to fulfill the event due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.) may result in rescheduling rather than refund, at Astronomic's discretion.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate ICP information within 5 business days of booking; (b) review and approve or reject the prospect list within 5 business days of receipt; (c) attend the event as a host (or designate a qualified representative); (d) not solicit, pitch, or sell to guests during the event in a manner that would embarrass or alienate them; and (e) maintain the confidentiality of the prospect list and not share it with third parties.
The post-event lead list dossier is provided for your internal business development use only. You may not resell, license, or distribute the dossier. Prospect data is sourced from publicly available professional profiles (LinkedIn, company websites) and event RSVPs. Astronomic does not guarantee the accuracy of prospect data. You are responsible for complying with applicable data privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) when using prospect contact information.
Astronomic will make commercially reasonable efforts to secure a headliner and venue matching the specifications discussed during the brief process. Astronomic reserves the right to substitute a headliner or venue of comparable quality if the originally planned option becomes unavailable. Such substitutions do not entitle the client to a refund.
Events are marketed to prospects under the Fireside Dinners brand (firesidedinners.com), not the Sales Dinners brand. Client sponsorship is disclosed transparently in invitations. You acknowledge and consent to this arrangement.
Astronomic retains all intellectual property rights in the Sales Dinners platform, brand, methodology, and materials. You retain ownership of your ICP data and company information. Event photography may be used by Astronomic for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Astronomic's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim. Astronomic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Astronomic does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, pipeline results, or closed deals from the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Astronomic may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
